A full description of the role will be advertised to ensure all applicants are aware of the essential and desired skills and qualities. Once the job advert has expired, all applications will be reviewed against the job description and pre-selection criteria to select candidates for interview. If you have been shortlisted for an interview we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange a date and time for a face to face interview.
Our interview process varies depending on the vacancy applied for:
Candidates for Production and Stores Operator roles can expect to be invited to attend an interview session on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning where an introductory video will be shown to a group of applicants and there after half the group will be interviewed while the other half will complete a short multiple-choice test. Halfway through the session the two groups will switch allowing for all applicants to complete the test and interview questions.
Candidates for all other vacancies can expect either a one or two-stage interview process. The first stage will be an interview held with a member of the HR Section and a Manager (or equivalent) of relevant department. The first stage interview will allow for a discussion to inform the applicant of the business and the interviewer will ask relevant questions to assess if the individual would fit into the department.
Depending on the role there may be a requirement for candidates who are successful following the first stage interview to be invited to attend a second stage interview with a senior member of the relevant department and the HR Section. The second stage interview will ask similar questions to the first interview so please do not feel intimidated; we are approachable and aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
In all interviews we allocate time to answer any questions Applicants may have so please consider if there is anything you wish to discuss.
Successful Outcome
The member of the Recruitment Team responsible for

All offers are subject to 26 weeks probation, reference checks and a satisfactory medical review. We will also require proof of your Right to Work within the UK. This can be in the form of a Share Code or proof of Brithish Citizenship (British Passport / Birth Certificate).
